Thug Yoga is for the homies. Bowing to the OG's of rap music and mindfulness practices alike, this class masterfully integrates hip hop history with activating yoga movements, and a beer! An Aspen classic, Courtney Smith brings fun and play to this sunset class, intentionally designed for all levels of yogis. Music provided by DJ Berkel Beats, with tarot readings and social hour to follow. Mats are provided; kids welcome.
